This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that though a complaint was received from the second respondent as against the petitioner in the year 2016, enquiry was conducted and closed on 27.09.2016 and there was no case made out for registering the said compliant. Hence, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no scope for entertaining this petition.
