Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation , dated 14.09.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the Petitioner in any job in the second respondent Office on compassionate ground within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the Petitioner in any job in the second respondent Office on compassionate ground within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the Writ Petition is not maintainable before this Court, as the matter pertains to Railways and the Petitioner has to necessarily approach the Central Administrative Tribunal in respect of her relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the said submission, this Court has no

jurisdiction to entertain this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. No costs.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that liberty may be given to the Petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Such liberty sought for cannot be given to the Petitioner, as the Petitioner, even after receipt of the counter, dated 22.1.2015, filed by the respondents did not take any steps to approach the right forum for her relief.
