(MD) No.3195 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5163 of 2020 to the petitioners to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional court 3rd Additional District Judge/PCR Court,Madurai, for a further period of 15 days from the resuming of regular hearing.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD)NO.5163 OF 2020 :- ORDER:- This petition filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to issue necessary direction to learned III Additional District Judge/PCR Court, Madurai to consider and pass orders on bail application to be filed by petitioners in connection with Cr.No.39 of 2020 pending on the file of Melavalavu Police Station on the same day.

This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.3195 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5163 of 2020 to the petitioners to surrender before the learned III Additional District Judge, PCR Court, Madurai.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and a further period of three weeks from today is granted for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court, as directed by this Court on 24.03.2020.
