ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.228 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in S.T.C.No.677 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani.
