ORDER
This contempt case has been filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the respondent in implementing the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in W.P.(MD) No.18054 of 2024. 2.While disposing of the said writ petition, this Court directed the third respondent therein to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing proceedings dated 22.03.2025.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same. 5.In view of the same, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case.
6.Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
