It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed and he has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
