It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case under provisions of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that for manufacturing and selling of illicit arrack, a case has been registered based on the complaint given by the Inspector of Police, but, not based on the complaint of the petitioner.
