Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to measure the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.264/7 at Saptur Village, Periyur Taluk, Madurai District, based on FMB Plan with petitioner's application dated 01.10.2013 and submit the report to the third respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to measure the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.264/7 at Saptur Village, Periyur Taluk, Madurai District, based on FMB Plan with petitioner's application dated 01.10.2013 and submit the report to the third respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.10.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
