This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere the petitioners civil rights in connection with the properties in Survey NO.238/2B and 322/2 shown in Patta Nos.808 and 809 measuring to the extend of 8 acres 37 cents at Vilampatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on a complaint given by one Kaluvaiammal against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and therefore there is no question of harassment against the petitioner.
