ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 342, 294(b), 506(1), 354(A) and 509 IPC, in Crime No.19 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has laid final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the learned Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.278 of 2022 and post the case on 02.12.2022. She would further submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate has issued summons for the appearance of the accused including the petitioner herein.

3. Since the learned Magistrate has issued summons for the appearance of the petitioner, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise at all.
