PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioners life and property situated in Old S.No. 262/1A1A and 262/1B total extent of 85 cents at Navampatti Illuppur Revenue Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District measuring to an extent of 85 cents based on her representation dated 17.02.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and property, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2024.

2. The gist of the representation is that the private respondents are interfering in the possession of the petitioner. 2/4

3. The respondents 1 to 4 cannot interfere in such a dispute and had rightly closed the complaint. Hence nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
