ORDER
Mr.S.Subbiah, takes notice for the respondent. The respondent in civil revision petitions in C.R.P.(MD).Nos.828 to 830 of 2014 has filed the above review applications stating that the pendency of the Transfer O.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2014 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Madurai, was not taken into consideration by this Court at the time of disposal of C.R.P.(MD).Nos.828 to 830 of 2014.
2. On instructions, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, had disposed of all the Transfer Petitions in Tr.O.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2014 on 14.11.2014.
3. Since the Transfer Petitions were already disposed of by the concerned Court, I do not find any error apparent on the face of the records warranting interference under Order 47 Rule 1 CPC. In these circumstances, the review applications filed by the respondent/defendant are liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the review applications are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
