The petitioner has approached this Court seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.19 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the first respondent has appointed one Mr.T.Partheeban, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Devakottai Sub Division, Sivagangai District as Investigation Officer to investigate the case in Crime No.19 of 2024. Hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
