Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to pass an order of direction directing the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur to dispose the case in C.C.No.121 of 2012 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
ORDER: This Criminal Original petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, Government Advocate(Crl.side), appearing for Respondent the Court made the following order:
The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur, sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.NO.121 of 2012.
2.Time is extended for a further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond seven working days at any point of time.
