The petitioner aggrieved by the assumption of jurisdiction by the 3rd respondent in a matter pertaining to UDR correction, has given a representation to the 1st respondent on 22.02.2025 and again on 07.03.2025 seeking necessary orders to be passed forbearing the 3rd responded from going ahead with the enquiry based on the 4th respondent's application, dated 07.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. In view of the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner, it would suffice to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations, dated 22.02.2025 and 07.03.2025, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
