ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner herein as well as not to interfere into the civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner to the police station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry and insisting the petitioner to hand over possession to the opposite party, when the Suit in O.S.No.838 of 2011 is pending before the Trial Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a complaint given by one Gobi as against him and that the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. 5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
