O R D E R
Heard the learned senior counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 2.The petitioner has been placed under suspension vide order dated 07.01.2022. The learned senior counsel would state that the criminal case is yet to take off and that the departmental proceedings have also not been initiated in the meanwhile. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's suspension would come under prolonged suspension category.
3.Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the respondent to review the petitioner's suspension and pass order on his representation dated 06.08.2022. An order on merits shall be passed by the respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
