This petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.351 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police. The petitioner is arrayed as the fifth respondent in this case.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai and it was also taken on file in J.C.No.27 of 2021 on 08.10.2021.
3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned court and has been taken cognizance, quashment has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to initiate proceedings.

4. With the above said liberty, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
