O R D E R

The petitioner seeks to rectify the FMB error in the present writ petition.

2. The petitioner has given a representation on 03.03.2025. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent is occupying the common pathway and therefore, the petitioner has made an application for correction of the FMB records. Aggrieved by the inaction upon his representation, this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. The said 2/4

exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
