ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent and his officials not to harass and not to interfere in the Civil/Pathway dispute in the property situated in Survey Numbers 278/17, 278/14 in the Villipathri Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer, since the dispute is wholly civil in nature.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the counter complaint preferred by the proposed accused are pending for enquiry. The said complaints have been forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer for getting a report to ascertain the status of the property. The said report is awaited. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes before this Court that the complaints preferred by both parties will be concluded within a period of two weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed with a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the concerned parties. No costs.
