This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1046 of 2015 dated 13.09.2015 and file a Final report

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1046 of 2015 was completed and the case has been closed as "Action Dropped, as the Police are unable to get any evidence so far.
