O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, to dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.No.2228 of 2016 in M.C.No.40 of 2010 and to enforce the payment of arrears of maintenance to the tune of Rs.1,44,500/- (Rupees one lakh fourty four thousand and five hundred only) by attaching the voluntary retirement benefits of second respondent and disburse the same to the petitioner.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the first respondent.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, is directed to dispose of Cr.M.P.No.2228 of 2016 in M.C.No.40 of 2010, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
