O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.1019 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.1019 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC, but sofar, charge sheet has not been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and two months time may be granted for filing charge sheet.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
