ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry under Circular 67 of the first respondent dated 03.11.2011 and pass orders on merits on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2015. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed based on the Circular 67 issued by the first respondent dated 03.11.2011.

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with circular 67, dated 03.11.2011, after giving notice to the interested parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
