Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records of the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 5250/2014/K3, dated 16.12.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the monthly pension of the petitioner from January 2015 making a recovery amount of Rs.2,900/- per month as has been done in the previous months.

Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents herein have restrained themselves from recovering the entire payment in one lump-sum. By virtue of deducting Rs.2,900/- per month, the entire payment has been recovered on 31.05.2017.
