RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the above said conditions as Para 7(b) that, "the Petitioner shall report before the concerned court daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."., until further orders" as per order dated 18.04.2022 in Crl OP(MD)No.6194 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.FAZIL KIRMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.6194/2022, 04.04.2022.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 04.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6194 of 2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has appeared and signed only for four days.

CRL MP(MD) No.5139 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.
