ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2015.
3.According to the petitioner, the Assistant Engineer attached with the third respondent had contacted the petitioner 15 days prior to the Chief Minister's visit on 09.09.2005 and entrusted the work of putting up of a helipad, wooden barr guard and laying a road from helipad to the stage and directed the petitioner to complete the work in an emergent manner. pursuant to the said direction, the petitioner has completed the entire work in a good manner but the amount was not sanctioned till date despite several reminders. Hence, the petitioner has submitted a detailed representation dated 04.07.2015 to settle the bills for the said work completed by him. Since no final order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as other parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
