This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.84 of 2015 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent police officer within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.84 of 2015 has been transferred from the 3rd respondent to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Periyur Sub Division, Madurai District.
