O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry into any false complaints.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. It appears that the petitioner's wife gave a complaint against the petitioner and the petitioner also gave a complaint against the petitioner's wife and only in connection with the complaint received from the petitioner's wife, he appeared before the respondent police and attended the enquiry.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that no enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner's wife. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) also submitted that there is no harassment and if the presence of the petitioner is required for any enquiry, he will be called only after issuing summons prescribing date and time and in the manner prescribed in law.
