This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.3839 of 2016 dated 14.10.2016 and to register a case.

2. The order of learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy, was perused and in that there was a direction to register the case. In accordance with that, the learned Government Advocate, has produced the copy of the First Information Report registered.
