ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- While disposing of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7446 of 2019, this Court has given a direction to the trial Court to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The order was passed on 05.08.2020.

2. Now the learned Session Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur, has addressed a letter dated 01.06.2021 stating that she was affected COVID -19 and due to lock down, the Court was not able to dispose of the case in time. 3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Session Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur, and finding the genuineness of the reasons stated, three (3) months further time is granted for disposal of the case on merits and in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
