ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, challenging the order in 1/4

Na.Ka.147/2022/SaPa (Revision Petition No.01/2022 SaPa), dated 30.03.2022 issued by the 1st Respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submitted that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter dated 12.02.2025 in this connection. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. 3.

Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st Respondent and Mr.Pethanaraj, learned counsel for the 2nd Respondent stated that they had no objections.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order if any stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
