This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.394 of 2024 filed by the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, in C.C.No.1243 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
