Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the First Respondent, the court made the following order:- The accused counsel had undertaken to pay a certain sum of Rupees to the defacto complainant. Recording his undertaking, this Court, granted anticipatory bail. Alleging that the accused has violated the undertaking, this petitioner / defacto complainant filed this petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the accused states that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the accused gives further undertaking that in future, he would not commit any default.
