O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.105 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is the owner of the land in Survey No.94/9 and 94/10. However, it is alleged that by creating false documents, one Narayanan executed a Sale Deed through his wife in favour of one Megala. In this connection, a complaint was lodged by the petitioner and the same was also forwarded to the respondent and a case was registered in Crime No.105 of 2015 under Section 417 and 420 of I.P.C. However, there was no further progress and hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the respondent police has almost completed the investigation and final report will be filed within a period of four weeks.

5. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.105 of 2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
