ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the official respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to survey the land in Survey No.34/2A, 34/9B in Patta No.24 to an extent of 0.12 cents in North K.Kallikudi Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017.

3.This Court, in exercise of its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., directs the respondent police to grant protection to the petitioner in surveying the land in Survey No.34/2A, 34/9B in Patta No.24 to an extent of 0.12 cents in North K.Kallikudi Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy District, based on his representation dated 10.06.2017.
