This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.05.2018, within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent harassed him for the complaint made by the de-facto complainant, which pertains to loan transaction. Therefore, he has approached this Court with the present Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is true that the complaint has been received by the respondent police and the enquiry is now pending. If the petitioner cooperates with the enquiry, the same will be considered in accordance with law. In the mean time, the respondent police will not harass the petitioner, except under due process of law. 4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
