Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.A.Arokiadass, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sessions Court Police Station, Trichy City, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.163 of 2014 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 03.04.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, but, the same has not yet been taken on file.

2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, to pass appropriate orders on the charge sheet in Crime No.163 of 2014 expeditiously.
