This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's spot complaint, dated 11.10.2022 lodged at the place of occurrence with the 2nd respondent police and subsequent representations, dated 15.10.2022, 12.11.2022 and 24.02.2025 sent by the petitioner to the respondents 1 and 2. 2.According to the petitioner, the respondents failed to take necessary action on the petitioner's spot complaint, dated 11.10.2022, which was lodged at the place of occurrence with the 2nd respondent police. The petitioner has also sent subsequent representations, dated 15.10.2022, 12.11.2022 and 24.02.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 and the same were not considered. Hence, this petition. 2/5
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has not lodged any spot complaint on 11.10.2022. Without producing necessary records, the petitioner has sent a representation on 24.02.2025, for the occurrence took place on 11.10.2022. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.
4.Since the occurrence took place in the year 2022, the petitioner has filed this petition only in the year 2025 without any records and any valid grounds. This Court finds no merit in the petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
