Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the fourth respondent to issue a Family Ration Card to the Petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2015. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.07.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the fourth respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.07.2015, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
