RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for a period of 2 weeks in Crl OP(MD)No.13433 of 2020 dated 26.11.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.T.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13433 of 2020 dated 26.11.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are coolie workers and unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3687 of 2021 Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
