No. 3825/2021 by directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each to the concerned Magistrate Court to the credit of Crime No.86/2021 on the file of the Thiruvattar Police Station, Kanyakumari District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SARAVANAN.M., Advocate for the petitioner and MR.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate(Crl Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the paragraph No.6 of the order dated 12.03.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3825 of 2021 by directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each to the concerned Magistrate Court to the credit of Crime No.86 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it will suffice if this Court grants extension of time to deposit the amount as per the order of this Court. 3.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This petition is closed accordingly.
