ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1145 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police, Trichy. 2.The learned counsel for the private respondent also brought to the notice of this Court, the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12953 of 2020, dated 15.07.2024, whereby, noting down the seriousness of the issue, investigation was directed to be completed within a period of three months in the connected Crime No.833 of 2020. 3.Be that as it may, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that already investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, on 28.06.2024 through E.filing No.LTN20230000217C202400146. Therefore, this petition to quash the FIR can no longer survive and as such, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
