Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records passed by the first respondent herein in his letter No.2570/HR1/ 2014-3 dated 24.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to relax the condition of completion of four years of service in the feeder category of road Inspector Grade-I and consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer in the available vacancy within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
