PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in SC No.27/2007 on the file of Additional District Judge, Paramakudi and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.11.2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 120(b),302 r/w.34 and 396 of IPC.

2. The occurrence is said to have taken place in the year 2006. Earlier the petitioner was granted bail. Since he did not appear before the trial Court Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 15.11.2017 and the same was executed on 14.11.2018. Seeking bail the present application has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case stands posted for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. He would also submit that 27 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that trial almost completed and the case stands posted for questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
