This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner on 10.01.2016 within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint dated 10.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.72 of 2016 is pending.
4. On a reading of the complaint dated 10.01.2016, even according to the complainant, there is a civil suit in O.S.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Munsif Court, Thuraiyur is pending between the petitioner and the opposite party and that opposite party had threatened the petitioner. The complaint does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R.
