This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Y.Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2018 as an FIR.

2. In view of the settlement arrived at by the parties by virtue of the mediation agreement dated 31.07.2018, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. The mediation agreement shall form part of this order.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
