(Crime No.112 of 2016) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Distirct Musif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kadaladi to expedite the trial in CC No.174 of 2019 to conduct the trial on day to day basis and complete the same within a month.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kadaladi to expedite the trial in CC No.174 of 2019 to conduct the trial on day to day basis and complete the same within a month.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kadaladi to dispose the case pending in CC No. 174 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
