PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Pudukkottai, to dispose the case in O.S.No.19 of 2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 08.04.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1313/2025 dated 31.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 08.04.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order comply with the order, dated 08.04.2025. 30.01.2026 cmr
