This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.01.2016

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.26 of 2016,on the complaint lodged by the opposite party. On a reading of the complaint dated 02.01.2016 given by the petitioner, it appears to be a counter blast for the prosecution lodged against this petitioner. Hence, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. However, the police shall conduct enquiry and maintain peace and tranquility in that area. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
